Job Description: Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives within the assigned region. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining the company’s standards of customer service and business ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance brand presence and service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of regional markets, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs120,000 – Rs180,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
