Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Faisalabad region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong dealer networks, and achieving regional sales targets.

**** Candidates having experience in Battery manufacturing industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
• Manage and expand dealers networks.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales preferably in battery manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
