Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – South

Location: South Regions (Pakistan)

Salary Package: PKR 200k + Benefits

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and oversee sales operations across the South region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, achieving business targets, managing sales teams, building strong trade relations, and ensuring market growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Territory Sales Officers (TSO) to drive performance.
• Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing trade channels.
• Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and trade marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper market coverage, visibility, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, collection, and stock movement within the region.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, sales SOPs, and ethical business practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5–7 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in Mobile Phone or Mobile Accessories Industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
