Anzalp Herbal Products Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Zova Professional , is expanding rapidly in the professional beauty and salon care segment —and we are looking for a dynamic, driven, and well-networked Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth across Eastern India .

• Drive sales growth for our professional beauty portfolio , especially hair treatments, hair spa, smoothing, bond builders, and salon-use products .
• Build and manage strong relationships with salons, distributors, educators, and professional beauty partners .
• Lead product launches across the region with impactful execution.
• Strategize, create, and conduct regional salon seminars, workshops, and technical education sessions .
• Work closely with marketing to plan regional campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives .
• Recruit, train, and guide a high-performing sales team / distributor network .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and weekly/monthly targets.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in professional beauty sales .
• Strong network of salon owners, hair stylists, academies, and channel partners .
• Proven track record in launching products, driving new initiatives, and expanding territories.
• Experience in conducting seminars, education programs, or technical events in salons.
• Good understanding of marketing, brand activation, and local promotions .

• Experience with leading salon professional brands (hair, skincare, hair color, hair treatment lines).
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-growing markets.
