Regional Sales Manager – Job Description

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance within a specific geographic area. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Team Management:

Lead, guide, and motivate Area Sales Managers/Executives to improve productivity and performance.

  • Market Expansion:

Identify new business opportunities, expand market penetration, and strengthen brand presence.Track daily, weekly & monthly sales performance and ensure timely reporting.Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients to maximize sales.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.Provide coaching and support to the sales team to enhance skills and capabilities.Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
