Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align efforts and drive growth
• Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience in the logistics or procurement industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve collective goals
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
