Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across Arizona, Utah, Colorado and Idaho. The ideal candidate will excel in business development, Haccount management, and B2B sales, driving growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and team leadership. This role offers an exciting opportunity to hire up to 20 new sales reps throughout this regeion. To manage a diverse portfolio of clients, develop new markets, and contribute to the company's overall success by leveraging advanced CRM software and salesforce tools. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation, customer service, and analysis skills to maximize revenue and foster long-term relationships.

Duties

  • Main Duties are to hire, develop and train sales reps in developing a high powered sales team to sell Iron and Accordion Doors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies within assigned territories, focusing on territory management and lead generation.
  • Manage existing accounts through proactive account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and industry events to expand market presence.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and upselling to prospective clients, emphasizing product value and technical features.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, closing deals that meet company objectives while maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support inside sales and direct sales initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and optimize sales pipelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members, fostering a high-performance environment through coaching on sales management techniques.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on territory performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback for senior management review.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales, with a strong background in B2B sales, especially in technology sales, product demos, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in territory management, including strategic planning and execution across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing customer relationships and sales data.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in managing or leading a sales team is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations both virtually and in person. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to drive growth through innovative sales strategies while managing key accounts across diverse industries.

Pay: $64,790.06 - $78,026.74 per year
