Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Set clear sales objectives and provide coaching for goal achievement. Foster a positive team environment to maximize productivity. - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share. Analyze industry trends for identifying growth opportunities. - Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries professionally. - Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics to ensure targets are met. Prepare reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. - Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all transactions. Oversee accurate execution of sales contracts and agreements.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 8 to 10+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG company, Snacks and conf . - Strong cold calling and lead generation skills. - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
