✨ Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and convert new clients for lithium-ion batteries (EV, solar, UPS, industrial, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through market visits, phone calls, and networking.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, and corporate clients.
2. Product Knowledge
Understand specifications of lithium-ion battery types (LFP, NMC, Li-Ion packs, etc.).
Explain technical features, performance, warranty, and applications to customers.
Provide battery sizing and basic technical suggestions based on customer requirements.
3. Customer Management
Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations.
Follow up for orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
Manage customer complaints with support from the technical team.
4. Market Research
Monitor competitor pricing, new products, and market trends.
Identify growth opportunities in EV, solar, inverter, industrial, and storage battery segments.
5. Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Update CRM or sales tracker with lead status.
Coordinate with operations, technical, and accounts team for smooth order execution.
✔ Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of sales experience in lithium-ion batteries, EV batteries, solar batteries, or energy storage products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Technical background is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
