We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Manager who loves sales, enjoys building relationships, and wants to create real impact in the sports ecosystem.

Your Role

As a BDM, you will own the full sales cycle and drive new business from real estate developers, schools, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, principals, project heads)
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the right sports solutions
  • Create persuasive proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients and vendors

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction/building materials preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Hunger to close deals and exceed targets
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Knowledge of construction projects is a plus
  • Passion for sports & infrastructure
  • Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented
