We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Manager who loves sales, enjoys building relationships, and wants to create real impact in the sports ecosystem.
Your Role
As a BDM, you will own the full sales cycle and drive new business from real estate developers, schools, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, principals, project heads)
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right sports solutions
- Create persuasive proposals and presentations
- Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and vendors
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction/building materials preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Hunger to close deals and exceed targets
- Ability to manage long sales cycles
- Knowledge of construction projects is a plus
- Passion for sports & infrastructure
- Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented
