Regional Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Karachi. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships to meet sales goals. The role involves leading and mentoring a team, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with different departments to optimize business growth within the assigned region.

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, account management, and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Team leadership and ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
• Analytical skills for market research, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
• A focus on results, with a strategic mindset and adaptability to changing market trends.
