Regional Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai for a Regional Sales Manager at Setna iO. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, expanding the customer base, and managing all aspects of the sales process. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing expert knowledge on products and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and client relationship management skills, including business development and negotiation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory acquisition, aviation components trading, or MRO services.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and achieving revenue goals within a targeted region.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel as needed to expand regional market presence.
