Regional Sales Manager

  • Assessment of marketing opportunities and target market
  • Intelligently gathering information on customers and competitors
  • Research and source out general leads to possible sales, meeting targets quarterly
  • Exploiting business opportunities in all Industries.
  • Work to expand Claymore’s current services to its client by diversification
  • Identify new markets and develop new clients
  • Follow-up sales activities
  • Undertake presentations to new clients and negotiate with prospective customers
  • Participate in the development and achieving of long-term objectives
  • Attend workshops, trade shows and seminars to keep up to date on changes in the industry
  • Establish and maintain ongoing customer business relationships including client site
  • visits anticipating and resolving potential problems.
  • Work closely with engineering heads and General Manager
  • Report to General Manager
  • Provide guidance and feedback to assist management team strengthen specific business from problems encountered in operations.
  • Setting-up objective / targets for the company, for individual personnel related to their respective Performs Purchasing functions as may be required. Receiving requirements from
  • department and call quotation from supplier.
  • Purchase orders are properly raised with adequate technical details
  • Prequalification of supplier after taking management approval.
  • Maintaining approved supplier list and conduct supplier performance evaluation.
  • Oversee resource allocation while maintaining budgetary control, provide excellent allocation of resources.

· Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners

Minimum Requirements: Skills and Qualifications:

a) Holder of bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or bachelor’s degree in business management.

b) Minimum 5 years’ experience in the gulf marketing the similar products and services. Must be able to understand client needs and offer quotations. Proven success in a managerial role.

c) Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.

d) Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.

e) Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.

f) Adequate training in developing business on products and services.

g) Suitable product and Service training in a similar field.

h) Interpersonal skills, coordinating skills, Communication, Decision making & Negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
