Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple territories. In this energetic role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster strong relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth through innovative B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Duties

  • Develop comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outside sales representatives, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients through proactive outreach and product demos.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and technical sales consultations to demonstrate features, benefits, and applications tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting organizational objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions, optimize sales approaches, and identify areas for growth or improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver seamless client experiences and feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales, direct in home sales, and experience in trade shows is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing outside sales teams or regional territories.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience delivering product demos and technical presentations that clearly articulate complex solutions.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, including understanding regulatory environments and customer needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
