Regional Sales Manager

We are working with a global leader in packaging and processing solutions. This company designs and manufactures advanced equipment and fully integrated production lines. Their solutions serve a range of markets including food, medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial , offering technologies such as thermoforming, tray sealing, vacuum packaging, labeling, inspection, and automation.


We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow an established customer base across the Western U.S. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on expanding existing accounts and delivering high-value packaging equipment solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key existing accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with operations, engineering, and procurement teams
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and line expansions
  • Sell a range of packaging and automation solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience selling capital equipment (packaging, processing, or automation preferred)
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage consultative sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory
