Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Oversee daily activities of sales supervisors and representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.

Prepare and analyze regular sales performance reports and submit them to senior management.

Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth.

Handle major customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Supervise recruitment, training, and development of the regional sales team.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with all types of retail outlets, including supermarkets, groceries, and mini markets, ensuring full coverage and effective execution of promotions.

Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with key clients and monitor field activities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region and recommend strategic actions.

Ensure full compliance of the sales team with company policies and operational procedures.

Coordinate with marketing, pricing, and supply chain teams to implement promotional plans and ensure proper demand and supply balance.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably as a Regional Sales Manager.

At least 8 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG).

Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
-
Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
