The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – Agri-Commodities to lead our sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agri-commodity sales, market development, and client relationship management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients, including farmers, traders, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agri-market.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
  • Drive sales of agri-commodities through effective planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order fulfilment.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead and manage regional sales teams, ensuring performance and productivity.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agri-commodities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural markets and commodity trading.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
