We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with proven experience in automobile sales or franchise sales to drive revenue growth and enhance the sales & marketing capabilities of our client's franchise network.

This is a results-driven role where you'll work closely with franchise partners, provide them with strategic sales support, implement effective marketing initiatives, and directly contribute to increasing sales performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Sales Enablement & Support:

  • Assist and mentor existing franchise partners to improve their sales performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each franchise location's market dynamics
  • Conduct regular franchise visits to understand challenges and provide on-ground sales support

Sales Growth & Target Achievement:

  • Own and deliver regional sales targets through effective franchise network performance management
  • Identify sales improvement opportunities and work with franchisees to implement actionable plans
  • Monitor sales metrics, track performance, and drive consistent month-on-month growth

Marketing & Promotional Support:

  • Collaborate with franchise partners to enhance local marketing efforts (campaigns, promotions, events)
  • Provide guidance on customer acquisition strategies, lead generation, and conversion tactics
  • Share best practices and successful sales models across the franchise network

Training & Development:

  • Train franchise teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
  • Conduct regular sales workshops and skill development sessions for franchise staff
  • Build sales capability within the franchise network to ensure sustainable growth

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Customer Support) to ensure smooth franchise operations
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market insights, and performance analysis to management
  • Act as the bridge between franchisees and the head office

Market Analysis:

  • Study regional market trends, competition activity, and customer preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the region

Travel: Frequent regional travel to franchise locations is mandatory.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Experience (MANDATORY):

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Automobile Sales (car dealerships, auto parts, accessories, automotive retail)

OR
Franchise Sales (any industry with franchise/dealer/distributor network management)

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or enabling sales teams/partners is a strong plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales acumen with deep understanding of sales processes, lead management, and conversion strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with franchise partners
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to franchise support
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience will also be considered

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ OR worked in franchise sales roles (managing dealer networks, franchise partners, distributor channels)
✅ A proven ability to train and enable teams to perform better
✅ Hands-on experience in improving marketing and sales output of partners/teams
✅ Strong regional market knowledge and ability to drive growth independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
