Your missions :

Regional Manager – Central Anatolia Area

About the Position

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Regional Manager is responsible for: Managing all Sales activities for Central Anatolia Region within a Business Unit via the Regional Territory Managers team.

Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze and draw conclusions from Operating Results, evaluating them by Sales personnel, Territory, Key Customers and Segments.
Perform analyses of strengths and opportunities for sales success in the Region.
Initiate structural adjustments, as needed, to drive change management (based on shared conclusions drawn with the Marketing team).
Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and technical service teams to develop and implement sales action plans and address client feedback.
Develop and execute Regional Sales Plans annually, in order to achieve sales goals, set priorities and focus on alignment with the Corporate Strategy.
Ensure the development and execution of each Territory Manager’s Annual Sales Plan at the Territory level, in order to achieve the overall Sales Objectives.
Plan, organize and attend regular meetings with the Territory Manager
Be responsible for Commercial Processes (e.g. Sales forecasting, Sales Budgets and related financial processes, portfolio rationalization, Sales meetings, priority setting etc.)


Your profile :

  • University of Veterinary Sciences (or equivalent) in Agricultural sciences or agro-ecology
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field
  • Highly focused and results oriented, able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.
  • Good level of English (verbal and written)
  • Good command of Ms Office programs
  • Technical knowledge and positioning of the products in its ranges and of the competition,
  • Pharmaceutical regulations and pharmacovigilance.
  • Having project management & organizational skills
