We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Iraq, Kuwait, and Oman. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving consumer electronics environments, understands regional distribution dynamics, and has strong experience with retail and wholesale channels. The position will be based in Dubai, with frequent travel across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned regional partners.
  2. Build and execute country-level business plans to expand revenue in retail, wholesale, and independent channels.
  3. Strengthen relationships with distributor teams across the region.
  4. Conduct periodic business reviews, set clear KPIs, and monitor execution.
  5. Ensure in-store excellence through planogram compliance, display standards, and promotional material deployment.
  6. Conduct market audits to assess product visibility, stock availability, and overall channel performance.
Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile accessories, mobile devices, or consumer electronics.
  3. Strong background in regional sales, distributor management, or channel/area management.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Cross-cultural awareness and ability to manage multiple markets.
  6. Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
