Position: Regional Sales Manager - Electrical

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: 8-10 LPA

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + MBA

Experience: 8 - 10 Year's of experience in Electrical / Cable Industry/ OEM/ Electrical Equipment Manufacturer

Job Description:

⦁ Manage complete business operations within the assigned territory.

⦁ Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.

⦁ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

⦁ Handle the entire sales cycle — lead generation, negotiation, closure, and post-sales relationship management.

⦁ Channel Management: Expand and strengthen the dealer/distributor/OEM network by identifying new partners and key customers.

⦁ Conduct market analysis to evaluate potential, monitor competitors, and share insights through regular reports.

⦁ Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

⦁ Resolve all technical or service-related queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Pan India Sales visit thrice in a month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
