Regional Sales Manager – Hajj & Umrah

Key Responsibilities

• Develop B2B partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and religious travel organizers.

• Promote and sell Al Hussam services including:

• Hajj & Umrah packages

• Tourism and DMC programs in Saudi Arabia

• Hotel accommodation packages

• Transportation services in partnership with ZAER Transportation

• Tanfeethi and VIP services

• MICE and corporate travel programs

• Identify new business opportunities in North Africa, Europe, and other target markets.

• Manage relationships with key travel agents and ensure strong partner engagement.

• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new agents working with Al Hussam Tourism.

• Represent the company in tourism exhibitions, travel trade meetings, and B2B platforms.

• Work closely with the head office in Saudi Arabia to coordinate pricing, operations, and program development.

• Prepare regular sales activity reports and market intelligence updates.

• Achieve assigned sales targets across different product categories.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in travel industry sales.

• Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah travel market.

• Experience working with international tour operators and travel agencies.

• Established network within the travel industry in Egypt or surrounding markets.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
