To achieve the agreed sales targets of Car Loan / Personal Loan / Credit Cards as given by the Line Manager by soliciting customers as per agreed by the Bank, also to ensure adherence to Sales Process/Service Standards /KYC, AML / Compliance
Keep track of business performance in terms of Car Loan / Personal Loan / Credit Cards and identify target markets in Region.
Generate and analyze Daily Business MIS to monitor sales activity in the region in order to provide support & feedback to Consumer Sales Head in portfolio management and also co-ordinate with other business unit(s) accordingly.
Assist the Consumer Sales Head to plan business review meeting with SAM/ Area Managers / Branch managers.
Customer Service
Proper follow up of all complaints and ensure that they are resolved within stipulated time period.
Ensure all the indicator reports of Service Quality are being sent by the branches to SQ units with the deadlines.
People Management
Team building and retention of high performing sales staff.
Financial Management
Remain within budget for all expenses with a variance of 5%
