Regional Sales Manager - Karachi

Pakistan

Business Development

  • To achieve the agreed sales targets of Car Loan / Personal Loan / Credit Cards as given by the Line Manager by soliciting customers as per agreed by the Bank, also to ensure adherence to Sales Process/Service Standards /KYC, AML / Compliance
  • Keep track of business performance in terms of Car Loan / Personal Loan / Credit Cards and identify target markets in Region.
  • Generate and analyze Daily Business MIS to monitor sales activity in the region in order to provide support & feedback to Consumer Sales Head in portfolio management and also co-ordinate with other business unit(s) accordingly.
  • Assist the Consumer Sales Head to plan business review meeting with SAM/ Area Managers / Branch managers.

Customer Service

  • Proper follow up of all complaints and ensure that they are resolved within stipulated time period.
  • Ensure all the indicator reports of Service Quality are being sent by the branches to SQ units with the deadlines.

People Management

  • Team building and retention of high performing sales staff.

Financial Management

  • Remain within budget for all expenses with a variance of 5%

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors

  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
