Job Description

What will you do for Sectona


Sectona is looking for Regional Sales Manager to work in all stages of customer lifecycle and is experienced using presentation, email and social media to connect with customers. You will be working closely in building our channel partner ecosystem & sales funnel across the assigned territory. You will collaborate with SDRs to execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles. You will also support solution selling, model the financial aspects of sales opportunities, deliver powerful presentations and demos, manage technical aspects of RFP responses, communicate client needs to the teams, and collect competitive intelligence.


  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Support SDRs with solution selling into prospect account base.
  • Partner with SDRs to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence.


Requirements

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in working in Security, Automation, Infrastructure or Development technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) or Computer Science is a must.
  • MBA degree in marketing or sales is a plus
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
  • Effective Communication: Deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive with their intended audience
  • Willingness to travel
