Job Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – North with strong merchant acquiring and payments industry experience. The ideal candidate will lead regional sales operations, drive merchant onboarding, and expand PaySa’s acquiring network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional sales team focused on merchant acquisition
• Drive onboarding of merchants (Retail, F&B, Services, E-commerce)
• Achieve regional sales and merchant acquisition targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation to merchant activation
• Develop and execute sales strategies for POS, QR, and digital payment solutions
• Build strong relationships with merchants and channel partners
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Provide regular sales performance reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
• 5–7 years of experience in Merchant Acquiring / Digital Payments / Banking Acquiring
• Mandatory experience with POS acquiring, QR payments, or merchant onboarding
• Prior experience in bank, fintech, or payment service provider preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven with the ability to lead high-performing sales teams
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
