Regional Sales Manager (RSM – Fertilizers)

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to achieve targets.

Ensure strong dealer, distributor, and farmer relationships across the region.
- Operational Excellence:

Monitor regional performance, sales trends, stock levels, and product demand.

Oversee budget utilization, resource planning, and territory management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, credit procedures, and reporting standards.
- Market Intelligence & Growth:

Conduct regional market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion.

Track competitor activities and recommend strategic responses.

Support launch of new products and promotional activities in the region.
Profile & Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or a relevant qualification.

6–8 years of experience in fertilizer or agro-input sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

In-depth understanding of local dealer networks and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
