Job Overview

Voltrix Batteries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Lahore region. The selected candidate will be responsible for dealer development, market expansion, sales growth, and management of field sales operations.

Candidates having experience in battery sales, solar products, inverters, or electrical equipment sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dealership network in Lahore and nearby regions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Supervise and support Field Sales Officers
• Generate new business opportunities and market leads
• Conduct dealer visits, meetings, and product presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
• Coordinate with operations and inside sales team for smooth order execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience
• Battery or solar industry experience will be considered a plus point
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Valid driving license preferred
