Job Summary:
Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (Trade) to lead and expand its trade business in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade sales and hands-on experience with solar products, including inverters, batteries, and panels. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership and sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks
- Drive regional sales performance and achieve assigned targets
- Promote and sell solar products (inverters, batteries, panels)
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade sales (solar industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of solar products (inverters, batteries, panels)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage regional operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Karachi-based candidates preferred
- Immediate availability is highly desirable
