Foreground is partnering with a leading consumer electronics and home appliances distribution organization in Saudi Arabia to strengthen its regional commercial operations. The company is seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers to lead territory performance, expand market coverage, and drive sustained revenue growth across key distribution channels.
The RoleThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of an assigned territory, ensuring revenue growth across Retail, B2B, HORECA, and Wholesale channels. The role involves developing regional sales strategies, strengthening distributor and client relationships, monitoring pricing and promotional execution, and ensuring availability and visibility of products across all key outlets.
Working closely with national sales leadership, the Area Sales Manager will oversee territory forecasting, client acquisition, pipeline development, and regional performance tracking, ensuring targets are consistently achieved while maintaining margin discipline.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution sales within Saudi Arabia, supported by a strong network across retail, wholesale, B2B, or HORECA clients. Fluency in Arabic is required, along with demonstrated ability to manage territory-level P&L, develop key customer relationships, and lead field sales execution with strong commercial accountability.
