Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager South, based in the Karachi. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and guide the sales team to achieve regional targets, strategize and implement sales plans, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand the company’s presence in their assigned territory. The role involves monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring high-level service and product satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including prior knowledge and working in cardiology, neurology, and products related to diabetes
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding market trends and developing effective strategies
  • Proficiency in using tools and other sales data platforms to achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Experience in hiring, training and coaching sales teams to drive performance
