Regional Sales Manager (Western Region)- Razor and Beauty Tools

KAI USA Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region to accelerate growth for our Razor and Beauty Tools consumer product line. This is an opportunity to help build and scale a sales division—driving wholesale and e-commerce performance, deepening key retailer relationships, and staying ahead of market trends.

What You’ll Do

  • Own sales performance for the Razor and Beauty Tools product line across Western Region channels (wholesale and e-commerce).
  • Build territory and account business plans to drive growth and meet budget objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers to secure placement and expand assortment (e.g., mass merchants, Amazon, regional grocery, and other retail outlets).
  • Prospect and develop new accounts across channels; identify under-penetrated accounts and execute growth plans.
  • Partner with brokers to ensure orders are placed, product is received, and accounts continue to grow.
  • Develop pricing and inventory strategies to meet or exceed forecast and budget targets.
  • Establish monthly and annual revenue budgets and build sales plans to achieve them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, IT, Accounting, and other internal partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of related consumer product sales experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strategic, proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to lead change, innovate, and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and shifting requests effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 20% (more as needed) and work weekends as duties require.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling into mass merchants (Walmart/Target).
  • Experience with national grocery chains (Safeway/Albertsons).
  • Experience with regional grocery chains (WinCo/Raley’s/Save Mart).
  • Divisional sales management experience with razor and/or beauty tools products (not required).
