The Regional Sales Officer (RSO) – Sales is responsible for driving room revenue, corporate sales, and business development for the property. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and generate new corporate and travel agent business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations
- Negotiate rates and close corporate agreements
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams for smooth execution
- Prepare monthly sales reports and market analysis
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local corporate market preferred
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
