Regional Sales Representative — Spine Medical Devices

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to expand our spine medical device business in the U.S. market. You will build and support distributor networks, develop new customer relationships, and provide clinical support when needed. This role is ideal for someone with medical device sales experience who is eager to grow with an innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new U.S. distributors to drive sales growth.
• Provide product training and sales coaching to distributors and partners.
• Perform direct sales activities, including prospecting, cold outreach, product demonstrations, and lead follow-ups.
• Support surgeons and distributors in the operating room (OR) when required.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in medical devices, preferably with spine surgery or orthopedic background.
• Strong business development skills and ability to open new accounts.
• Excellent communication in English; confident working with U.S. partners.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing OR/surgical case support.
• Familiarity with the U.S. medical device distribution network.
• Training or teaching experience for sales teams or clinicians.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
