Regional Sales Representative (West Coast)

Looking to grow your sales career with a company that keeps industries connected? TriCab USA is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to support and expand our customer base across the West Coast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, presenting technical solutions, and driving sales growth in the wire and cable industry.

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will work directly with new and existing customers, identify business opportunities, prepare technical and commercial presentations, and support the full sales process from quotation through order management.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and capture new customers to rapidly expand our customer base
• Visit customers and conduct face-to-face meetings
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Plan, prepare, and present commercial and technical presentations
• Identify and provide input on inventory stocking programs to support excellent customer service
• Prepare large, complex technical quotations in a timely manner
• Bid, close, and manage a range of client orders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Electrician background or technical electrical experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Engineering
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand and discuss technical products with customers
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote sales role

Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000 annually, with eligibility for profit sharing after 6 months.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
