What is the job waiting for you?


  • Acting as the primary contact for dealers in regions of responsibility,
  • Supervising the whole factory sales cycle, from taking in the order until the delivery to the dealer,
  • Contributing primarily to the construction of the upcoming year’s sales target in the region of responsibility, then realizing monthly, quarterly and annual budget targets,
  • Monitoring closely and reporting periodically the sell-in and sell-out rates of the concerned dealer,
  • Conducting regular and frequent customer visits to develop a productive relationship not only with dealers’ decision-makers but also with the key people of the top customers in the market,
  • Following up the payment routine of the dealer and maintaining healthy risk/account ratio,
  • Proactivity in uncovering prospect needs and delivering the value proposition to key customers,
  • Acting as a consultant to the dealers/customers in the market and industry.



What we a re looking for?


  • At least 5 years of experience in sales,
  • Dealer management and automotive experience is an advantage,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • High computer literacy, hands-on experience in MS Office programs,
  • To have knowledge about domestic trade and payment methods,
  • Active driver's license,
  • No problem with frequent travel requirement,
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented,
  • Excellent communication/negotiation skills with a significant emphasis on listening.
  • A brilliant cross-functional communicator and collaborator.
