Summary Description
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, sales, and performance of multiple markets within a designated countries.
  • Ensures alignment with HMC strategies, optimize regional resources, and drives business growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Plays a pivotal role in implementing operational improvement and ensuring that the region meets its performance targets – sales volume, revenue and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives in alignment with global corporate goals.
  • Optimize sales and profitability by improving model mix and distributor pricing support.
  • Maximize revenue and enhance profitability to achieve regional profit and loss targets.
  • Manage annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
  • Manage monthly order and sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve regional performance and operational efficiency.
  • Efficient incentive operation based on analysis of supply and market trend by model.
  • Report to the management on regional performance, market conditions, and key operational challenges
Authority
  • Decision-making authority regarding regional operations, including budgets, resource allocation, regional business plans, market strategies, and operational changes in consultation with managements. 
  • Authority to negotiate contracts and agreements with external stakeholders within the approved scope.
Job requirements

1. Formal Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 
    • Master’s degree preferred

2. Related Experience

    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in automotive industry, with a strong focus on sales operations and market management.
    • Proven track of achieving business goals and leading successful performance.

3. Skills and Knowledge

    • Excellent understanding of the automotive market, including sales, service, and supply chain operations.
    • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
      Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.
    • Arabic language is a plus
