We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Supervisor to lead our operational teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities within the region, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and develop site managers and operational staff to achieve performance goals
• Implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, operational workflows, and customer satisfaction
• Manage client relationships through regular communication, negotiation, and problem resolution
• Drive business development initiatives to expand regional accounts and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate project management efforts for large-scale cleaning contracts or special projects
• Continuously analyze operational processes to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings

Requirements

• Proven management experience in facilities services, operations, or related fields with a focus on leadership roles
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear objectives and execute effectively
• Demonstrated success in senior leadership positions with a focus on team development and business growth
• Excellent negotiation skills for contract discussions and client interactions
• Experience in business development and expanding service portfolios within a regional scope
• Skilled in project management methodologies and process improvement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
