Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, is for a Regional Support Specialist. The specialist will provide technical and customer support for smart building controls and HVAC systems, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, deliver training on product usage, and assist with implementation guidance for customers. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and problems effectively and facilitating solutions to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Customer Support and Communication skills to provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented assistance
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding the functionality of advanced building control systems
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, smart building controls, and IoT technologies is highly beneficial
• Prior experience in a similar technical or customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• A relevant certification or technical training in HVAC controls, building automation, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency with software tools related to building management systems is desirable
