Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and service-oriented Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to join our team in Belmont, NH. The RSS serves as a key resource for real estate agents and office leadership by providing training, operational support, technology assistance, and administrative guidance across assigned offices.
This role is focused on helping agents maximize productivity, maintain compliance, and effectively utilize company systems, tools, and resources. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, technologically proficient, and enjoys building relationships while helping others succeed in a fast-paced professional environment.
The position requires regular travel between assigned office locations and collaboration with agents, Regional Managers, and corporate departments. Qualified candidates who hold an active real estate license may have opportunities to engage in personal real estate sales activities outside of assigned work responsibilities, subject to company policy.
Responsibilities
Agent Support and Development
- Provide training and ongoing support to agents on company technologies, software, marketing tools, and operational processes
- Coordinate and support office CEU sessions, informational meetings, and training workshops
- Assist agents in utilizing marketing platforms, resources, and company-approved vendors
- Encourage adoption of company tools, systems, and best practices
- Support agents with technology setup, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements
- Provide individualized support for agents implementing new systems, strategies, or action plans
- Gather agent feedback regarding company systems, tools, and resources and communicate opportunities for improvement to management
- Assist agents with real estate forms, documents, and compliance-related processes
- Support Regional Manager with business plan initiatives and follow-ups throughout the year
Office Management and Administrative Support
- Assist with office opening and closing procedures as needed
- Maintain office equipment and general office readiness
- Assist agents with company-approved marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and office branding initiatives
- Support agents with CRM systems, transaction management platforms, and company technology tools
- Assist with planning and execution of company and regional events
- Support recruiting and retention efforts in collaboration with management
- Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned to support office and company objectives
Company Initiatives
- Coordinate with multiple departments to implement company-wide initiatives
- Assist with gathering and reporting office performance metrics
- Support and promote company programs, campaigns, and monthly initiatives
- Contribute positively to the company culture through professionalism, teamwork, and dedication
Additional responsibilities to include other tasks as needed and determined by management
Qualifications
- New Hampshire real estate license preferred but not required
- Fluency in English required; ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and support multiple real estate technology platforms, CRM systems, transaction management software, and marketing tools
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate-specific platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-service mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices preferred
- Comfortable presenting information both in person and via Zoom
- Ability to work in-office and travel between regional locations
- Reliable transportation required
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
