Duties

• Safely operate a range of commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, for regional deliveries
• No touch freight
• Execute route driving plans efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with company policies
• Manage documentation related to deliveries, including bills of lading, delivery logs, and inspection reports
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or vehicle issues
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck and cargo area throughout each shift

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Proven experience in truck driving
• Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers is a plus
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to trucking, cargo securement, and vehicle maintenance
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations
• Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $0.48 - $0.63 per mile
