Lead/Charge RN – Family Medicine Clinic

Health by Design is hiring a full-time Lead/Charge RN for our family medicine clinic in Corpus Christi. This is a low-volume, adult-only clinic where you can take your time with patients, work with a great team, and avoid the typical clinic stress.

You’ll help lead a small team (4 staff members), support daily clinic operations, and provide high-quality, patient-focused care.

Full-time, 40 hours a week - Clinic hours are:

• Mon, Wed, Fri: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tue, Thu: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shifts will always be between these hours

What we’re looking for:

• RN license (Texas)
• CPR certified
• 3–5 years of leadership or charge nurse experience
• Bachelor’s preferred (Associate’s or diploma accepted with experience)
