Register Dental Assistant

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time Role
$26–$32/hour (DOE)
Monday–Friday + some Saturdays

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying productive, working as part of a strong team, and helping deliver an efficient, high-quality patient experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Assisting the dentist chairside during procedures
• Taking digital x-rays, impressions, and scans
• Preparing and maintaining operatories for efficiency and cleanliness
• Ensuring proper sterilization and infection control standards
• Helping maintain a smooth patient flow throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California RDA license
• CPR certification
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Experience preferred, but open to training the right candidate
