​Optima Health Care is a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic located in the heart of DIP 1. We are committed to providing high-quality medical and aesthetic services to our community. As we launch our operations, we are looking for a dual-qualified Registered Nurse and Laser Technician to join our founding team and help us set the standard for care in DIP.

​Position Overview

​We are seeking a professional, clinical-minded, and results-driven DHA Registered Nurse who holds a valid DHA Laser Technician License. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical nursing and advanced aesthetic treatments, providing safe and effective laser procedures while maintaining high standards of patient care.

​Key Responsibilities

​Perform various laser treatments (Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, etc.) in accordance with DHA regulations.

​Conduct thorough patient consultations, skin assessments, and patch tests.

​Assist doctors in minor clinical or aesthetic procedures as required.

​Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

​Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation through our clinic management system.

​Monitor and maintain laser equipment, ensuring all safety protocols and sterilization standards are met.

​Contribute to a positive patient experience in our new DIP 1 facility.

​Requirements

​DHA License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license AND a valid DHA Laser Technician license (Mandatory).

​Experience: Proven experience operating aesthetic laser machines in a clinical setting.

​Communication: Fluent in English (Tagalog or Arabic is a significant advantage).

​Location: Ability to commute to or reside near DIP 1.

​Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a warm, patient-first bedside manner.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
