Wired Behavior is a small ABA company based in Prosper, TX, and we are passionate about providing relationship-first care while building a supportive, sustainable workplace for both our clients and our team.

We are currently looking for warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Your Role at Wired Behavior

• Work one-on-one with neurodivergent children in their homes to implement individualized ABA therapy plans
• Collect accurate and thoughtful session data
• Follow behavior plans developed by our BCBAs
• Collaborate with families and team members with professionalism and kindness
• Participate in monthly check-ins and team meetings as part of a company that values your voice

What You Need

• Current RBT Certification through the BACB
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in psychology, education, or a related field
• Reliable transportation, as services are provided in-home
• A playful, curious, and patient personality
• Strong communication skills, ethical standards, and a collaborative mindset

Hours and Compensation

• $19–$26/hour, depending on experience
• Weekday afternoon availability preferred
• Paid team meetings
• Mileage reimbursement
• Monthly attendance bonuses
