As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum, teaching life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. Every smile, word, or breakthrough will remind you why this work matters.

What You’ll Do

• Support kids 1-on-1 through play and ABA therapy
• Teach communication, social, and life skills
• Celebrate their wins! Big and small

• $41,000–$43,000 (plus % increases with years certified)
• Full-time salaried position, not fee-for-service!

No Experience? No Problem! We’ll train you. If you’ve been a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, daycare worker, caregiver, or studied psychology/social work, you’re already halfway there.
