Registered Behavior Technician

At Paper Lantern Therapies, we provide child-led, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy that empowers children and their families. And we’re looking for warm, dependable individuals to join us as Behavior Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians. This is a part-time in-home position

What You’ll Do

● Provide 1:1 therapy using strength-based, play-focused ABA strategies

● Support clients across home, clinic, school, and community settings

● Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

● Use compassionate behavior support strategies

● Accurately collect and document session data

● Build strong relationships with families and team members

What We’re Looking For

● Genuine interest and passion for helping children thrive

● High school diploma required (Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field highly preferred)

● RBT certification or willingness to complete within 90 days (we’ll help!)

● Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

● Physical ability to play on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs

● Strong communication, professionalism, and follow-through

● No ABA experience required, just heart and curiosity
