Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Rise With ABA is a clinic-based behavioral therapy company, established to provide top-quality services to kids diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Founded in 2018, our journey began with a mother's heartfelt mission to create a nurturing space for her son and others like him.

With two dedicated clinics located in Katy, TX and one in Cypress, TX, Rise offers tailored interventions for two crucial developmental stages: early intervention (2-6 years old) and school-age learners (5-10 years old). Our new clinic located in Memorial area Houston, TX offers support for the in-between stages (3-7 years old). Each clinic is designed to cater to the unique needs of our young learners, ensuring they receive the specialized attention they deserve. Who Are You? Rise With ABA is looking to hire energetic and passionate people who would adapt well to our team-based company culture. Ideal candidates are those with the following qualifications:

- Self-motivated, caring, enthusiastic, creative, and unafraid to be silly with the clients!

- Experience with children (especially children on the Autism Spectrum) is preferred. We can train anyone who is willing to learn!

- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related subjects

- Reliable transportation

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around freely with the clients. The kids at Rise love to run, jump, and spin around with their therapists!

What Do RBTs Do At Rise? Each Registered Behavior Tech at Rise With ABA is assigned a client to do one-on-one ABA therapy. During your shift, you will be expected to:

- Implement ABA programs

- Teach communication skills in a functional way

- Review behavior plans

- Collect accurate and reliable data

- Collaborate with other therapists to provide the best therapy to clients

- Take direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) & clinic managers

- Have fun with the kids!!!
