Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with learners, particularly children, on the autism spectrum, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting their development. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting
  • Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress
  • Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
