About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and young adults (ages 2–22) with varying abilities and is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Ability ABA values continuous learning and offers ongoing training, supervision, and professional development. We also provide complimentary supervision hours for employees pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA certification.

Position Details

  • Settings: In-home, school, and clinic-based sessions
  • Locations: Dallas and Richardson
  • Schedule: Weekdays, approximately 8:30 AM – 1:00 pm OR 9:00 am - 3:00 PM

Preferred Education, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Enrolled in or completed a degree in ABA or related field (Special Education, Psychology, Education, Behavioral Health, or Speech)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • At least one year of experience in ABA or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Reliable transportation for travel to sessions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additional Requirements

  • RBT certification (within 30 days of hire)
  • CPR certification (within 90 days of hire)
  • Valid driver’s license
