At Within Me Therapy, LLC, we specialize in providing in home individualized therapy to individuals ages 2-12 yrs. Our primary focus is helping individuals and families discover their full potential using Applied Behavior Analysis. We use researched-based and data-driven treatment options to help children increase their current level of functioning in all areas of development. With our holistic approach, we are able to help children increase their communication, social skills, adaptive skills as well as decrease interfering behaviors of concern.

Our mission is to help families and individuals discover their full potential within using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are committed to helping families and children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities increase their independence and confidence while gaining valuable skills they will use for a lifetime.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Must be available M-F EVENINGS (2PM-8PM EST).

• Possess a minimum of a HS degree or GED-equivalent (bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field is preferred. Additional certification as a special education teacher, school social worker, or school psychologist in the state of Maryland is appreciated).
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• Successful completion of fingerprinting, criminal history background check, and drug testing.

Job Duties:

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions.
• Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis.
• Complete weekly program writing and maintain client’s program book.
• Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software (e.g., Rethink).
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.

Salary/Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience.

Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Clinical Director

Position Type: Part-time (full-time dependent on both technician and client’s availability).

Availability: 17.5-29 hours/week
